Email signature management for MSPs

Last reviewed 23 October 2026

If you look after IT for a dozen small companies, signatures are a ticket that never quite closes: a new starter without one, a rebrand half rolled out, a director who pasted his own. Ascripto lets you run every client’s signatures from one sign-in, see which client needs a look before they ring you, and bill them however you like.

The short version: become an Ascripto partner and you get one dashboard for all your clients’ workspaces, a library of your own signature designs to apply to any of them, setup links for the steps only a client’s own administrator can take, and one invoice a month at 25% off list prices. Your own workspace is free. The client keeps ownership of its workspace and can see everything you did in it.

One dashboard for every client

Sign in once. The header’s workspace switcher lists your own workspaces, then All customers and each client. All customers shows, per client, its plan, how many people, how many of the signatures last checked were on-brand, when signatures were last set and when its directory was last read, with the clients that need a look first:

Open a client and you are in its workspace, with the same screens its own administrator has. Your colleagues join as members: admins, who also manage billing and which clients you keep, and technicians. Every member works in every client.

Your designs, each client’s brand

Build a signature once in your own workspace and add it to your library. Applying it to a client makes a copy in that workspace that takes the client’s logo, colours, font, company name and social links, and reaches nobody until you give it a rule there. When you publish a new version, the library shows which clients are behind, and you bring up the ones you choose.

The steps only the client’s administrator can take

Most MSPs reach client tenants through GDAP, usually from Microsoft 365 Lighthouse. GDAP covers Exchange connectors and mail flow rules, so the relay’s setup works that way. It does not cover consenting to an enterprise application inline, and it does not reach the admin center’s Integrated apps, where an Outlook add-in is deployed. On Google Workspace, whether a reseller’s access covers domain-wide delegation depends on what the client allows.

So for connecting Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and deploying the Outlook add-in, Ascripto makes a setup link. Send it to the client’s administrator: they open it, sign in with Microsoft or Google, approve, and the connection lands in the client’s workspace. They need no Ascripto account. A link works for 7 days, a connection link only once, and you can revoke it. If you hold an administrator account in the client’s tenant, you can of course do it yourself.

Pricing and billing

You pay the list prices less your partner discount, 25% unless we agree otherwise, on one invoice on the 1st of each month for the month before, with a line per client, charged to the payment method you saved. Each client is billed by calendar month for the people whose signature was delivered, with the plan’s monthly minimum, in proportion to the days you paid for it.

ClientList priceYou pay
4 people on Team9.00 (the minimum)6.75
12 people on Team12.009.00
12 people on Business19.2014.40
40 people on Business64.0048.00

A month, in euros or US dollars by your billing country, before VAT. What you charge your clients is yours to decide, and there is no seat commitment or annual contract. A client that already pays Ascripto and lets you manage it moves to your invoice at the end of its own billing period, so nobody pays twice.

Your own workspace is free, on Business, for your own signatures and for showing clients. It is not for resale.

What the client keeps

Not yet

So you can plan around it: there are no PSA integrations (ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA) yet, no white label, and no way to limit a member to some clients. Ascripto is not on Pax8.

Becoming a partner

  1. Sign in to Ascripto with your company’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account.
  2. In Account & security, choose Apply to be a partner, and accept the Partner Agreement.
  3. We review the application and email you. Then add your first client, or ask a client that already uses Ascripto.

The partner guide walks through each step. Questions first? sales@ascripto.com.

Common questions

Can an MSP manage email signatures for several clients in one place?

Yes. An Ascripto partner signs in once and sees every client workspace with what needs a look: no directory connected, directory reads failing, nothing published, a failed deploy, Google signature access missing, the Outlook add-in quiet for a week, or off-brand signatures. Any workspace opens from the list.

How much does Ascripto cost an MSP?

The list prices, Team at 1.00 and Business at 1.60 per person a month with a minimum of 9, less a 25% partner discount, on one invoice a month for all your clients. Each client is billed by calendar month for the people whose signature was delivered. What you charge your clients is up to you.

Can an MSP connect a client's Microsoft 365 through GDAP?

Not for the consent step. Microsoft does not support consenting to an enterprise application inline through GDAP, and the admin center's Integrated apps, where the Outlook add-in is deployed, are not reachable that way. So Ascripto gives you a setup link to send to the client's own administrator, who signs in and approves without an Ascripto account. Exchange connectors and the mail flow rule do work through GDAP.

Does the client keep control of its workspace?

Yes. The workspace belongs to the client. Your people work in it as administrators, cannot remove its owner or delete it, every action is recorded under your company's name, and its owner can remove you at any time.
