You pay each month per seat: a person whose signatures we delivered, and nobody else. One price list for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, no seat minimum, no annual contract. The audit is free at any size.

Prices are before VAT, and the same number in euros and dollars. On the free Audit you can build every signature and see how it looks for each person; paying is what puts it in their mail.
What a seat is
A seat is a person, counted once whichever way their mail is signed:
- Microsoft 365: anyone our relay signed at least one message for in the month.
- Google Workspace: anyone whose Gmail carried your current signature at some point in the month, because a deploy wrote it or a deploy or the audit found it still there. Somebody suspended or deleted in your directory for the whole month does not count.
Leavers, people you never deployed to, and shared mailboxes nobody sends from cost nothing. The month’s seats so far, and what they come to, are in Settings → Billing all month.

The trial
14 days of Business, without a card, started by the workspace’s owner in Settings → Billing. Nothing is charged for the trial. Add a payment method before it ends to keep a plan; otherwise the workspace goes back to the free Audit and its signatures stop being deployed. One trial per workspace.
Paying
- Monthly, from the day the plan starts, billed at the end of each month for that month’s seats. Your first charge comes a month after the paid plan begins.
- By card (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link included) or SEPA Direct Debit in euros, through Stripe. The invoice is emailed each month and kept in the billing portal.
- Currency: euros in the EU and EEA, dollars elsewhere, chosen by the billing country before the first payment.
- VAT: a business in another EU country with a valid VAT ID is reverse-charged. In Poland, and for an EU business without a VAT ID, 23% Polish VAT is added. Outside the EU we add none.
- Changing plan: moving up to Business applies at once, and the difference for the rest of the month is prorated. Moving down to Team applies at the end of the month.
- Cancelling: any time, in the billing portal. The plan runs to the end of the month, that month is billed as usual, and the workspace then returns to the free Audit.
- A failed payment is retried for 14 days. If it is still unpaid, the workspace is suspended until it is paid; nothing is deleted.
Refunds
You pay for a month after it ends, so leaving never leaves a prepaid period to refund. A charge we made in error is refunded in full. If you think a charge is wrong, write to hello@ascripto.com within 30 days of it. If we remove a feature you pay for, the terms give you a refund for the unused part of the month.
Enterprise, and MSPs
An organisation that needs a deployment of its own — its own servers, database and storage, in the Azure region its data has to stay in, with the Microsoft 365 relay or without it — or that pays by invoice and bank transfer, gets a quote. So does a managed service provider looking after signatures for its clients. Write to sales@ascripto.com.
