Ascripto is built by Gyrus Solutions. We have spent a decade in the mail path — the part of email infrastructure where mistakes mean messages do not arrive.
Why that background matters here
Email signature management looks like a design problem and is mostly a deliverability and platform-integration problem. Templates are the visible part. The parts that decide whether a deployment works are the ones nobody demos: how a signature survives a plain-text reply, what happens to it when a message is encrypted, whether it renders in Outlook's rendering engine, whether the user can see it in their Sent Items, and what breaks when a platform deprecates the API you built on.
Most content in this category is written by marketing teams and reads like it. We would rather publish the technical reference we wanted when we were the ones evaluating these tools.
What we will not do
We will not require a mail-flow change to onboard. Signature insertion via relay is real and we offer it, but requiring it before you can get any value is how this category prices out small organisations. The client-side channel is the on-ramp and it stays that way.
We will not repeat the category's invented statistics. The "consistent branding increases revenue 33%" figure is from a vendor-sponsored study. The "34,000% ROI" and click-through numbers attached to signature marketing come from companies selling signature marketing. We are in the same business and would gain from repeating them, which is exactly why we do not.
We will not overstate a deadline to create urgency. The EWS deprecation is real and consequential, and it is phased from October 2026 to April 2027, not a single-day cliff. Content saying otherwise is easier to write and worse to act on.
Where we are
Pre-launch, building. The first channel is Google Workspace, because it is simultaneously the platform with the weakest native controls, the cleanest API, and the least well-served customers. The Microsoft 365 relay follows.
